No. I will agree only when the government is financially capable of fulfilling this plan. If schools, chairs, books, and other materials needed in school is provided then yes, go. If our parent's salaries increased then okay. Education is not the only thing that families think of. there are other concerns. If teachers are ready then go. But if there is only one teacher for 60 to 70 students then better not push through with the plan.
Additional year is okay since we are left behind in our education unlike other countries because the graduating year for high school is 16 years old. One year is for a good preparation.
